Mr. Papoulias is declared Honorary Protector of the European Academy of Science and Arts

The President of the Hellenic Republic, Mr. Karolos Papoulias, has been declared Honorary Protector of the European Academy of Science and Arts.

The Austrian President of the Academy, Felix Unger, the professors and members, Sotiris Raptis and Demetris Kremastinos and the Austrian ambassador in Athens, Mr. Michael Linhart, visited Mr. Papoulias in the Presidential Mansion.

Mr. Unger explained the Academy’s goals and the actions. Mr. Papoulias said that it is a great honor not only for himself, but also for the country and the Greek people. He also wished luck to the Academy in order to succeed its goals in which he will participate by now.
