Today, at 7:15 a.m in the highway Konitsa-Ioannina, near Kalpaki region, 3 people were killed and one injured. All of them were albanians. The three people killed were on the same car while the injured one on another. The local traffic police is further investigating the incident. The local community is shocked beacause of the bloodshed.
