A wildfire broke out yesterday at 17:35 p.m on Zakynthos island, Ionian Sea, Greece. The fire is burning a bosket in Aghia Marina region. 15 firemen with 5 fully equipped vehicles and three water wagons, offerred by the local authorities, battle the blaze. According to official information, the fire is partially contained during the last few hours and does not menace any inhabited areas thanks to the immediate reaction of the Fire Department. Reportedly, it did not cause any injuries or damages to properties.
