Greek Foreign Minister Dimitris Droutsas had a brief meeting with U.S. Vice President Joe Biden today. It was held in New York under the framework of the United Nations General Assembly.
Biden expressed his total enthusiasm over his recent meeting with Greek Prime Minister George Papandreou. The VP underlined that Greece is a “reliable” partner in the Balkan Region and the Middle East. During the meeting the two political figures discussed a variety of issues concerning bilateral relationships. After the meeting Droutsas flew to Los Angeles to address the World Council Affairs forum.
