An unpleasant surprise awaited the visitors of the Venetian Castle of Nafpaktos, as they realized that they could not get in. The Greek Ministry of Culture had given a 5-day vacation to the only guard of the castle and the castle has remained closed for security reasons. The visitors were trying to read the notice on the entrance (photo), which was written in Greek. As a consequence, many visitors left disappointed and indignant with this unacceptable situation.
