The third C-130 had earlier flown to Sebha in southeast Libya where it picked up 36 Greek nationals, the semi-state Athens News Agency stated.
Three C-130 touched arrived successfully at Athens International Airport.
The operation is being led by Deputy Foreign Minister Dimitris Dollis, who is on board one of the planes.
