Deutsche Telekom will pay 391,630,153 euros for the purchase of a 10% equity stake in Hellenic Telecommunications Orgranisation (OTE), according to a decision taken by the inter-ministerial commission for restructuring and privatizations. The deal, as Athens news agency reports, covers the purchase of 49,015,038 shares of OTE for 7.99 euros each. Under the decision, the transfer of the stocks will be made through the Athens Stock Exchange by National Securities.
