Swimmer Despoina Solomou Qualifies for World Championship Finals

Despoina Solomou will be present at the finals of one more large tournament. The Greek athlete managed to qualify in the final solo on July 17th for synchronized swimming of the 14th world championship, held in Shanghai. She took seventh place where she collected a total of 89,200 points. Russian, Natalia Irinsenko, who had in total, 97,900 points, took first place. China’s Xue Chen Xuang ranked second with a total of 95,500 points. She was applauded by the audience in the stands of the indoor swimming pool, where the games were held. The impressive Andrea Fuentes of Spain ranked third, who scored 94,600 points and excited the audience who cheered throughout the program.
