A dead bear that is characterized as a rare species, was found shot and fatally injured in the woods of Arta, in Tzoumerka. The protected wild animal was found in Kerassoula, Ramia and after investigations, it was discovered that the animal had been shot 10 days ago and left to perish.
Authorities who are looking for the perpetrators announced that they are really close to solving the case, while the Attorney has also been informed. The perpetrators, if caught will face a penalty of at least two years in prison.
