An itinerant peddler turned his back to a police officer of the Municipal Police in an attempt to run away with his papers unchecked.
This strange incident occurred around 12 am, in Daedalos Avenue, across from the Courthouse of Heraklion.
When an officer of the Municipal Police moved towards the peddler to check his papers, the peddler resisted and attacked the officer with a pen.
