The international Japanese dance group ”Sankai Juku” will give three performances in Athens in December.
The dancing team first came to Greece in 2009. ”Kagemi” was first performed at the Theatre De la Ville in 2000.
The premiere in Japan was in 2001. The dancing group gave many performances in France and Japan, obtaining itsĀ international reputation.
The team visited Vienna, London, Stockholm, Switzerland, Buenos Aires etc.
The next stop is Athens Palace, on 1St, 2nd, and 3rd December.
The name of the performance ”Kagemi” corresponds to ”see and be seen”. The scenery displays shadows, mirrors and their reflections. White flowers will prevail. Dancers dressed in white will dance in a hypnotic way and will bewitch their audience.
