Public Officers Burn Tax Notices

Tax notices for “extraordinary contribution” have been burnt by public officers.

Employees met outside the Greek Parliament in order to protest against government measures and working ‘stand-by’.

Representatives of public workers are going to meet with the President of Parliament with the hopes of reaching an agreement.

A rally began later after noon at Vasilissis Olgas Street, near the Greek Parliament in Athens.
