Louis Group is interested in undertaking the management of hotels in Athens and Greek Islands through long-term leases, especially 4 and 5 star hotels in top tourist destinations.
The company has already invested €136 million in Greece, and owns 7 hotels in Corfu, Zakynthos, and Chania, and 2 long-term leases in Mykonos and Rhodes.
Louis Hotels invests in resorts, Sales and Marketing director, Popi Tanta told ‘capital gr’, adding that the group intends to invest in Greek units. “We are interested in taking the management of hotels on islands, as it is the field that we are familiar to”.
The company achieved a rise of 17% in turnover at €74 million, and complement of 23%.
