Oenorama is the biggest and most important event of the Greek wine industry. It is Greeceā€™s only professional wine trade exhibition concentrating uniquely on wine and equipment for vinification and viticulture. Oenorama is organized by Vinetum every other year in March.
Thousands of wines from all over Greece are on display, as well as many imported wines, spirits and distillates. The exhibition also hosts machinery and equipment for viticulture and winemaking.
Oenorama 2012 will last 3Ā½ days, from Friday the 16th, until Monday, March 19th, 2012.
Wine professionals can enter the exhibition free-of-charge by presenting their business card. Other visitors can use their invitation or buy an entry ticket costing 12ā‚¬, which is valid for the whole duration of the fair. All visitors receive a non-transferable entry badge, which can be used to access the fair daily.
Oenorama 2012 is taking place at the European Center of Exhibition & Promotion (EKEP) in the Metamorphosis suburb of Athens. Access from Athens or the airport is easy either by car or by suburban railway. Shuttle buses will be servicing the exhibition from the Metamorphosis train station.
