Βest Greek Workplaces of 2012 Announced

Great Place to Work® Institute Hellas in cooperation with ALBA Graduate Business School at The American College of Greece awarded, during a prestigious ceremony on Tuesday, April 24, 25 Greek companies for providing their employees with the best working environment for 2012. Best Workplaces is the biggest survey assessing working conditions and company climate in Greece.
The national Top 25 list is divided into three subcategories, including the Top 10 large companies (with more than 251 employees), the Top 10 Small and Medium Enterprises (with 50-250 employees) and the Top 5 small companies (20-49 employees)

On the occasion of completing the Best Workplaces survey for the 10th year in Greece, three special awards were presented at the ceremony to companies for their excellent practices towards their employees.
Kleemann Company received the Respect of Diversity and Equal Opportunities Award, Athenian Brewery received the Systematic and Effective Communication Award, while JTI received the Training for the Personal Development of the Employees Award.
The companies honored at Tuesday’s ceremony will be candidates to enter the list of the best companies in Europe to be awarded in Germany in June.
The sponsor of this year’s event was PepsiCo/Tasty Foods, while further support for the evening was provided by Bristol-Myers Squibb, two companies that have been awarded by the institution in the past. The media partner was Greek daily newspaper ToVima, the communication partner was Advocate/ Burson-Marsteller, the sectoral communication sponsors were magazines MarketingWeek and HR Professional, the digital services partner was Converge ICT Solutions & Services and the online communication partner was EuroCharity.
