Mediation negotiations between Greek and Chinese companies by National Arbitration and Mediation Centre have started. According to a recent statement, mediators from the center said they have succeeded in bridging differences between competing companies in both countries after committing to a collaboration contract with CCPIT Beijing 18 months ago.
Mediation institution is widely known in China as well and is being used for business relationship disagreements. Greek companies agreed to the mediation aiming at resolving the differences between companies and made a deal to pay less than they would in Chinese courts.
