World Artists Work Supports Athens Homeless

Three hundred artists from all over the world will be meeting in Athens to artistically express themselves and create works of art that will financially support the homeless people of Athens.
Artists from Greece, Europe, Egypt, the USA, India, China, Morocco and Nigeria have answered the call of artAZ art platform in order to create artwork that will be presented during the Surprise IV exhibition to be hosted from Nov. 16-18 in the Kostis Palamas Hall of Technopolis, Athens.
The exhibition is being organized for the fourth year in a row. Sales revenues of the first two exhibitions were given to the Homeless Shelter in Athens, while the past two years the money was presented to support the social services of Klimaka, an NGO helping the disadvantaged.
artAZ is an art platform for the promotion of contemporary art. Focusing mainly on Greek artists, but keeping close ties with the global art scene as well, its main mission is to celebrate and promote Contemporary Art and to act as a link between the Greek and the International art world.
