According to figures published Nov. 30 by Eurostat, Greece ranks first in youth unemployment.
From data collected in August 2012, Greece ranks first with 57%, while Spain is second with 55.9%.
In the overall unemployment rate, Greece is second with 25.4% following Spain with 26.2%.
The lowest rates are noted in Germany, 8.1%, Austria, 8.5%, and the Netherlands 9.8%.
