Around 300 children from different parts of the world came to The Regional Unit of Serres to participate in the 11th International Meeting of Children’s Art Groups which bear the title, The laugh of the child-The future of the World. Sérres is a city in Macedonia, Greece.
Art groups from Greece, Lithuania, India, Serbia, Hungary and Ukraine will unite their voices at the big children’s festival in Serres which opened on June 28 and will last until July 11.
During the grand children’s festival, dance and music performances prepared by the children of all the participating countries will take place in municipal districts around the municipality of Serres.
The 11th International Festival of Children’s Art Groups is organized by the Cultural Associations of Mitrousion “Captain Mitrousis,” the Public Benefit Corporation of the Municipality of Serres, the Regional Unit of Serres and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serres.
