The Group of Residents of Elis for Culture and Development that goes under the name, State of Ilida and Olympia, in cooperation with local organizations organized a welcome party, full of taste and scents that impressed the visitors who did not deny the treat and left Katakolo in a cheerful mood.
The numerous tourists had the chance during their short visit to taste a big variety of local products. They left with leaflets in their hands containing information about Elis and a small olive tree in a pot as an excellent souvenir from Elis.
Volunteers from all around Elis went to the port to welcome the cruise ships Seabourn Spirit, Norwegian Jade, Horizon and Costa Magica.
