Indictment Against Greek Golden Dawn's Crimes

Golden Down crimesA nine-page indictment, which refers to the 26-year course of the criminal organization composed by members of the Greek Golden Dawn, was given on Sunday, to Supreme Court (Areios Pagos) prosecutor Efterpi Koutzamani by Greek Supreme Court deputy prosecutor Charalambos Vourliotis.
Reportedly, the recorded conversations between members of the fascist party mention real facts that actually bring Golden Dawn closer to the accusations of creating a criminal organization.
This reported evidence is related to ten homicides and attempted homicides, including the killing of Pavlos Fyssas in Keratsini and the incident with the Pakistani immigrant in Petralona, cases that were contained in the 32 folders, sent by the Minister of Public Order and Citizen Protection, Nikolaos Dendias to Koutzamani .
In Vourliotis’ nine-page indictment, Golden Dawn’s structure as a whole is described, while the party’s leader, Nikolaos Michaloliakos is described as «Führerprinzip» ( The Authority of the Leader) ascribing the theory of the leader. Among others, wanted Greek MP Christos Pappas, is referred as deputy leader of the Golden Dawn.
The indictment also refers to money laundering and corruption as well as to other people whose participation will be examined during the investigation process.
The leader of Greece’s far-right Golden Dawn party and four more of its lawmakers will make their pleas against charges of belonging to a criminal organization on Oct. 1, after being arrested following Fyssa’s  killing.
