4.2 Magnitude Earthquake in Central Greece

earthquakeAccording to the preliminary measurements of the National Observatory of Athens Institute of Geodynamics, an earthquake with a magnitude of 4.2 on the Richter scale occurred at 3pm in the area of Domokos, in Central Greece.
The European – Mediterranean Seismological Center measured the quake at a magnitude of 4.4 on the Richter scale.
The center of the quake was about 14 km north-west of Lamia in Central Greece and 167 kilometers north-west of Athens.
So far there are no reports of any casualties or property damage.
