Trial seaplane flights have been scheduled for Monday on lake Vegoritida in northern Greece, amid local interest in creating a water aerodrome in the area.
According to a press release by the Municipality of Amydeo in the prefecture of Florina, northern Greece, the trial flights show that the relevant licensing procedures for the water aerodrome are entering their final stages and are expected to be concluded by the end of summer 2014.
