The new state-set prices for real estate (known as “objective value”) are expected to be ready by end-June, Greek Alternate Finance Minister Nadia Valavani told a special permanent committee in Parliament reviewing state contracts, in a document.
Valavani was responding to a question by New Democracy Deputy Maria Antoniou, who queried the tax service over a technical issue that she said would render a new pricing decision illegal.
