Donald Tusk Calls Euro Summit on Tuesday

The rejection of the creditors’ proposed bailout in Sunday’s Greek referendum has not only raised questions about the future of Greece but also of the Eurozone.
In response to these developments and to German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Francois Hollande’s call for an emergency EU leader’s summit, Donald Tusk, the President of the European Council has called an urgent Euro Summit on Tuesday. Tusk announced the meeting via his Twitter account on Sunday evening

“I have called a Euro Summit Tuesday evening at 6 p.m. to discuss situation after referendum in Greece,” he wrote.

Also on Sunday evening the European Commission announced that EC President Jean Claude Juncker will have conference with Tusk as well as with European Central Bank President Mario Draghi and  Jeroen Dijsselbloem, President of the Eurogroup.
