18-Year-Old British Tourist Found Dead in Crete

maliaA gifted British athlete passed away after a fight that broke outside a bar in Malia, Crete. Archie Lloyd was an 18-year-old student at Harrow, one of Britain’s leading independent schools.
Lloyd was involved in a drunken brawl and hit his head on the ground, according to Greek police. However, the young man refused to go to the hospital and returned to his hotel, where his friends found him dead a few hours later.
Lloyd, who turned 18 last month, traveled to Crete earlier this month for a holiday with friends to celebrate his graduation. While attending Harrow School, he used to play cricket and football.
Sebastian Trabucatti, a 22-year-old male model from West Sussex was arrested on charges of gross negligence leading to manslaughter. However, he was released on bail. Trabucatti said he had nothing to do with Lloyd’s death.
Malia is a popular tourist destination on the Greek island of Crete. It is known across the world for its wild nightlife and is visited every year by thousands of young British tourists seeking all-night summer parties and cheap alcohol.
