Three Men Arrested in Mykonos Facing Drug And Prostitution Charges

MykonosAfter a coordinated police operation on the Greek island of Mykonos, three men were arrested on Sunday morning accused of drug trafficking and running a prostitution business in cooperation with some of the island’s most prominent businessmen.
According to a Greek Police statement, the ring was composed of three Greek men in their early thirties who were handling yacht, hotel and club bookings as tourist operators, while their target group was mainly wealthy people who were interested in drugs or female escorts.
One of the suspects had been previously arrested in 2011 for robbing a bank at Athens International Airport, while another member of the ring is a former coast guard and had been accused in the past of breaking the law on narcotics.
