European Commissioner for Economic and Financial Affairs Pierre Moscovici will visit Athens this upcoming Tuesday November 3 for two days.
Moscovici was originally scheduled to visit the Greek capital on October 14, but had to postpone his trip due to a family emergency.
His new visit date precedes the November 9 Eurogroup where Greece’s progress in implementing the bailout is expected to be discussed and which could be the day Greece is granted an additional two billion euros of bailout funds.
