Greek Gov't Reaches Agreement With Creditors, Negotiations Over

stathakis_tsakal708The discussion between Athens and the creditors is expected to come to an end on Saturday, December 12, when the new multi-bill will be submitted to Greek Parliament. The bill will include the 13 prerequisites that will green-light the disbursement of the next 1-billion-euro installment.
According to Greek Finance Ministers, Euclid Tsakalotos and Giorgos Stathakis the Greek government has reached an agreement with its lenders. Furthermore, Stathakis added that the agreement provides for the opening of the market for corporate loans.
Euclid Tsakalotos added that the bill would be submitted in the Parliament on Saturday and it will probably be voted on Tuesday night.
The two finance ministers also informed the EuroWorking group via videoconference about the negotiation results.
