Earthquake of 3.9 Richter Magnitude Between Aegina and Salamina

An earthquake of 4.2 Richter magnitude occurred right before 5pm on Sunday afternoon.
According to first estimates the earthquake was 4.2 on the Richter Scale, however the Institute of Geodynamics classified the earthquake at 3.9.
The earthquake occurred 25 kilometers Southwest of Athens, Greece, in the sea territory between Salamina and Aegina. The earthquake was also felt in Athens. The earthquake had a depth of 5 kilometers.
