Greek Deputy Sports Minister Stavros Kontonis in a letter to FIFA and UEFA expressed his concern over the issue of security in the Greek football sector and called on them to take the necessary measures in order to find a solution.
As he said, the situation in Greek football is “explosive.” He underlined that the government will consider all its options in order to protect the legal order and not concede to people potentially dying or getting hurt at further football games/events.
