Victory for Olympiakos, While Panathinaikos, PAOK Struggle to Stay Afloat

seba goal olympiakosOlympiakos fans were treated to an amazing game last night as their team scored goal after goal with two goals by Seba while Diego Figueiras and Tarik Elyounoussi scored one goal, respectively, giving the Reds an easy victory in their home game against Kazakh team, Astana, winning 4-1.
Now Olympiakos has joined Cypriot team APOEL at the top of the Europa League pool, walking away with six points from the last three games.
Rival team Panathinaikos‘ fans had a frustrating night as the Greens lost their 2-0 lead at Standard Liege to end in a tie 2-2. All in all, the Greens earned their first point in the past three games and still remain at the bottom ranking of their group.
Another Greek team, PAOK failed to score at their game in Azerbaijan losing 2-0 at Qarabag. The next game between PAOK and the Azeris will take place in two weeks at Toumba.
