Police Intercept Bomb Planted Outside Labor Ministry in Athens

vomvaThere was an explosive device found and later detonated outside of the Labor Ministry in Athens early Monday morning by the Greek police.
Sources report that there has been no claim to planting the bomb and authorities became aware of the device only as it was revealed to a Greek newspaper in an anonymous telephone call.
When the police arrived they found the device, a rucksack, resting up against the shutters of the ministry, Reuters reported.
The device was detonate in a controlled explosion and there were no injuries or damages reported.
Police are looking into the incident and there is not further information available at this time.
