The latest rotation of Slovak officers are going to be taking post on the FYROM-Greece border.
This will be the 6th rotation of the officers from the Republic of Slovakia who are girding the FYROM border in efforts to prevent migrants from crossing into the country from Greece.
According to sources, the officers are to be deployed in the region of Bitola and come equipped with night vision goggles, cameras and other resources to patrol the border.
FYROM completely closed its border in the spring of 2016, bottle-necking some 60,000 migrants in Greece who wish to move on to other EU destinations.
