DefMin Panos Kammenos Briefs White House Chief of Staff on Greek Issues

Greek Defense Minister Panos Kammenos on Saturday briefed White House Chief of Staf Rience Priebus on Greek issues, a day after the inauguration of 45th U.S. President, Donald Trump.
According to  mignatiou.com, Kammenos met with Priebus during a reception hosted by the latter for family and friends at Hay Adams Hotel in Washington D.C.
The report says that the Greek Defense Minister made particular reference to the economic crisis in Greece and the difficulties faced by the government to complete the second evaluation of the bailout program, since lenders require new measures, which Athens says are not included in the agreement.
Kammenos also briefed Priebus about the situation in the Aegean and other issues of the volatile area of the Eastern Mediterranean, with most important of all the terrorist actions of Islamic extremists.
Among the guests at the reception were Archbishop of America Demetrios, Greek-American businessman John Catsimatidis, Father Alexander Karloutsos of the Great and Holy Council and White House officials.
