Greek farmers from the Agia region on Tuesday ranged their tractors and farm vehicles along the side of the highway in Gerakari, Larisa, Greece, in preparation for holding intermittent protest roadblocks that will close the road at regular intervals over the coming days.
The farmers said that they were awaiting reinforcements from other farmers taking part in the protests and that they will not make their way to the Nikaia junction on Thursday but stay in Gerakari.
