Four People Dead in Tragic Car Accident (Video)

Tragedy struck on Athens-Lamia highway when a Porsche lost control before exiting the highway and crashed into a parked car at a rest stop killing a young mother and her 3-year old child. The driver and passenger of the out of control car were also killed after the high-speed crash ignited into flames on impact.
The accident occurred just before 4pm on the 83rd km of National Road Athens-Lamia, near Thebes.
The driver of the Porsche was the 24-year-old son of the owner of Jumbo stores, Georgos Vakakis, and his close friend Andreas Gorgakopoulous.
The parked car was hit while in a parking space outside of a public restroom, where the father of the three-year-old and husband of the 33-year-old woman had stopped to use the facilities. They were waiting for him to return when impact occurred. He was in the building when he heard the crash, only to come out and see his wife and child burning in front of him, helpless to do anything to save them.
The Porsche came at an incredibly high-speed, sliding sideways off of a ramp from the highway and was out of control when it crashed into the parked car.
This video captured the entire accident.
