Turkish Aircrafts Commit 16 Violations of Greek Airspace in One Day

On Monday Turkish fighter jets once again entered Greek airspace as authorities have reported an astounding 16 violations in just one day.
The Turkish fighter jets flew into Greece’s airspace over the northeastern, central and southeastern Aegean, according to the Greek military which reported that a Turkish CN-235 transport plane carried out 16 violations on Monday.
The Greek military also reported that there was a formation of two fighter jets which flew in and out of the Athens Flight Information Region.
The airspace violations were met with Greek jets which intercepted the Turkish aircraft. Such violations have become increasingly common by Turkish aircraft over the past 6 months.
