Olympiakos Defeats Efes; Makes Euroleague Final Four

The Euroleague Final Four will be taking place in Istanbul on May 19-21 and Olympiacos will be representing Greece after their victory over Anadolu Efes Tuesday night in Piraeus gave them a 3-2 score in the play-offs courtesy of beating Efes.
The Reds clinched game 5 of the tournament against Efes in a home game with the final score of 87-78.
After a rocky start with defense lacking in the first half, Olympiakos came back in the third period with better focus. They kept the upper hand throughout the second half as Efes struggled with numerous fouls.
Giorgos Printezis scored a spectacular three-point shot 100 seconds from time to clinch a sizable lead over the Turks. Overall Printezis scored 14 points while Vassilis Spanoulis was the lead scorer with 22 points for the Reds.
Now the Reds wait to face-off against CSKA Moscow in the second semifinal of the Final Four tournament.
