The latest poll by Kappa Research which was done for Vima for Sunday showed the main opposition New Democracy (ND) is ahead of the governing SYRIZA party by 7 points.
The data showed that when individuals were asked who they would vote for today ND accounted for 23.2 percent of the votes while 16.2 percent went to SYRIZA.
The far-right political party Golden Dawn received the next highest amount of votes with 6.6 percent while the communist party, KKE, was close behind with 6.4 percent.
