The second day of the Conference on Cyprus continues on Thursday with the issue of security and guarantees and the two sides are expected to give their answers to three questions posed by the UN Under Secretary-General Jeffrey Feltman.
According to CNA sources, the Greek Cypriot negotiating team was working until the early hours at the conference center, which is hosting the peace talks, to prepare a written document with the Greek Cypriot side’s answers.
The negotiating team is scheduled to meet President of the Republic Nicos Anastasiades to discuss the replies before they are presented to Feltman.
