Forget the Pelican, Mykonos Now Got Camels! (Video)

Here’s a sight you don’t see every day. A couple of camels were spotted earlier today at a popular Mykonos beach. According to local media the animals where brought on the island as part of the production for a high profile live show to be headlined by Greek singer Antonis Remos!
It has not become known when, or how the camels were carried to the cosmopolitan island, but at the popular Psarou beach tourists have been in awe of the magnificent animals and have not stopped taking photos.
The well advertised music show set to take place at Nammos is reportedly called “1000 and One Nights” and this is where the camels will be doing their Mykonos debut.
The internationally renowned tourist island has seen its share of excesses and extravagances in the past, but this unashamed display of oriental lush is definitely a first, even for Mykonos…
