A different kind of taxi, a grey vehicle with UK plates, has been spotted in the streets of central Athens over the last few days.
It is called the Fake Taxi and it belongs to an international porn web site that uses it for shooting erotic material inside the vehicle.
The Fake Taxi was spotted in the central area of Kypseli, hunting for volunteers that would be prepared to shoot an X-rated video clip.
Greek media report that the first volunteers, who get paid between 100 and 200 euros to perform, have already boarded the taxi.
For the most part, Athenians that came across the taxi reacted with anger. One was quoted as saying that the two producers on board the vehicle, one male, one female, approach drug addicts and homeless to offer a part in the video clips.
Others, however, reacted with humor to the sight of the taxi and were quick to take pictures and even selfies in front of the car.
