Greece Win in Cyprus Keeps World Cup Hopes Alive (video)

Greeceā€™s national team came from behind to win 2-1 in Cyprus and maintain their hopes alive for reaching the World Cup Finals in Russia.
Greece still needs the three points against Gibraltar in the final match of the group stage on Tuesday to secure second place in the group, but even a win may not be enough to reach the play-offs.
The eight best second-placed teams will reach the next stage, with one second-placed team missing out. Greece, Serbia, Wales and the Republic of Ireland are in danger of being that team.
Cyprus took the lead, but two goals in a space of few minutes from Kostas Mitroglou and Alexandros Tziolis secured the three points for Greece who moved above Bosnia and Herzegovina into second place in Group H.
Bosnia went down 4-3 in a thrilling game at home to Belgium after Yannick Carrasco scored a late winner, a result which leaves Bosnia almost certain to be eliminated with Greece’s final game against bottom side Gibraltar who were thrashed 6-0 by Estonia.
