Almost 200 people, singers, actors, dancers and production staff descended to the Aegean island of Naxos for the shooting of an upcoming Indian blockbuster movie.
The picturesque Greek island was transformed for the needs of Bollywood production Tiger Zinda Hai. It is an upcoming Indian spy thriller, by well-known Indian director Ali Abbas Zafar.
Naxos will provide a backdrop for the four songs that musically dress the film which is scheduled to be released on 22 December 2017.

The stage was set in Portara at the entrance of the harbour, with a backdrop of one of the most important archaeological sites on the island.
Local site naxospress.gr notes that the setting was impressive as the shooting took place at sunset providing a romantic aura to events.
A wooden ramp was built where Indian singers and dancers created an amazing choreography.

The production team is planning to do more shooting on other parts of the island.
Naxospress says that the island is becoming famous throughout the world following the visit of American food critic Anthony Bourdain last year.
Bourdain’s program on Naxos highlighted not just the local dishes, but the beautiful landscape of the Greek island, as well.
