The 12 crew members of the Panama-flagged freighter LITTLE SEYMA that run aground on the islet Tragonissi near Mykonos on Friday night were transferred safely with a fishing boat to the port of Mykonos.
The strong winds blowing in the area did not allow to the Chinook helicopter to collect the crew members (9 Ukrainians and three Azeris) who were in a freighter’s rescue boat.
According to information, the freighter that is loaded with 2,700 tons of flour had sailed from a Russian port with destination Famagusta, Cyprus.
