This year’s first episode of Greece in our Hearts — the popular web TV show for the Greek diaspora — has featured two prominent fashion designers speaking about their work at home and internationally.
Blogger and designer Vicky Bouzouni, founder of style-rules.com. and Vassilis Zoulias who dressed Alison Brie at the Golden Globes shared their experiences.
George Kontakos, owner of the award-winning Greek restaurant The Olive Grove in the U.K., spoke about Britain’s attitude to Greek food.
The show also featured the Greek Orthodox Epiphany ceremony in Rye, near Melbourne, Australia.
Greece in our Hearts airs every Tuesday at 11 p.m. via web TV-live at http://www.star.gr/webtv/ and opens a window onto Greece for the whole world, presenting the beauty and culture of the country.
The show also showcases significant domestic business endeavors that appeal abroad. The online program is presented by Babis Petrakis; a journalist well-known to Greeks of the diaspora.
