A young skier lost his life when he slammed into a tree while skiing with a friend at night in northern Greece, local media report.
The Athens-Macedonia News Agency (AMNA) said the 22-year-old was declared dead on arrival at Naoussa hospital after the collision which took place at the ski 3-5 Pigadia ski resort on Wednesday night.
An investigation is underway, AMNA reports.
