This week’s Greece in our Hearts — the popular web TV show for the Greek diaspora — featured fashion design and gastronomy.
Prominent journalist, fashion blogger and presenter Vicky Bouzounis, explained all the trends featured at the “New Life” wedding and baptism exhibition that was recently held in Paiania, near Athens.
She also previewed the Femmina, Athens Fashion Trade Show, which will be held soon.
Another studio guest was Valia Tse the spokeswoman for Expotrof, who spoke about the forthcoming exhibition for food and drink professionals to be held Saturday and Sunday, at the Olympic Fencing Center in Hellenikon, Athens.
Giota Nakos spoke from London about the first Greek lending library in the U.K. capital.
Greece in our Hearts airs every Tuesday at 11 p.m. local time (2100GMT) via web TV-live at http://www.star.gr/webtv/ and opens a window onto Greece for the whole world, presenting the beauty and culture of the country.
It also showcases significant domestic business endeavors that appeal abroad. The online program is also presented by Babis Petrakis; a journalist well-known to Greeks of the diaspora.
