Different wine-tasting events will be taking over the capital of Greece next week, starting with Athens Wine Week from 10 to 18 March, and Oenorama 2018, from 10 to 12 March.

4th Athens Wine Week: 1+1 Wine Gift

Wouldn’t it be great to sit at your favorite restaurant in Athens, order a bottle of wine, and leave after dining taking home one more bottle of the same wine to enjoy at your leisure?
This is the “1+1 Gift” initiative that, for the first time this year, is part of Athens Wine Week. Different restaurants and top Greek wineries have come together for this gift week to take place.
When ordering one (or more) bottles of the participating wine, people can take home another bottle until stocks last. Therefore it is a good idea to make a reservation and express interest in the “1+1 Gift” to obtain the free bottle. To learn more about the event, it’s possible to visit the official website of Athens Wine Week.
The 4th edition of the Athens Wine Week is not only just about free bottles. Other activities will take place in the Greek capital and will involve the promotion of local wines.
In the spirit of Athens Wine Week, different bottle shops, wine bars, wine producers, and of course, restaurants, get together hosting myriad events for wine lovers to indulge in interesting Greek varieties.
